Election Analytics & Strategy Fellowship

1. Work with booth-level, constituency-level, and district-level datasets for electoral analysis and trend interpretation.
2. Assist in data cleaning, coding, validation, and preparation of election datasets for analysis.
3. Contribute to forecasting exercises, pre-election modelling, and post-election analytical reviews.
4. Prepare research notes, briefing documents, strategy decks, and field intelligence summaries for internal and client-facing use.
5. Assist with opposition tracking, campaign monitoring, and interpretation of field feedback.

1. Domain InterestStrong interest in elections, political strategy, voting behaviour, and constituency research.
2. Analytical ToolsProficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with R, Python, SPSS, or Power BI is an advantage.
3. CommunicationStrong writing and presentation skills, especially for research summaries and briefing notes.
4. Work StyleAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail.
5. Educational BackgroundBackground in political science, economics, statistics, public policy, journalism, engineering, data analysis, or related fields is preferred. The fit matters more than the degree.

Mode: Full-Time
In-office, full working week. Structured programme with regular reviews.

Duration: 3–6 Months
Depending on project cycle and individual performance. Extensions possible.
