Our Expertise

Turning complexity into direction.

In fast-changing environments, the hardest part is rarely a lack of information — it is knowing what matters, what to prioritise and how to act. We help bring structure to that uncertainty, combining perspective, evidence and execution to move decisions forward with greater clarity.
01
Consulting & Growth Strategy
We help organisations identify growth opportunities, sharpen positioning and build clear strategic direction. Our work connects market understanding, stakeholder insight and execution priorities.
02
Research, Surveys & Insights
We design research and surveys that uncover what people think, how markets and communities are changing, and where opportunities or risks lie. We turn evidence into insights that support better decisions.
03
Public Engagement & Advisory
We support public-facing leaders and organisations with stakeholder engagement, field intelligence and communication advisory. Our focus is on building relevance, trust and stronger public connection.
04
Digital Marketing & Communications
We develop digital strategies that strengthen visibility, engagement and brand presence. Our work spans content, social media, digital branding, audience growth and performance-led communication.
SELECTED WORK & THINKING

A closer look at the work behind the headlines.

The questions we work on rarely fit neatly into a single discipline. Our work spans research, strategy, public systems and communication — often combining all four to understand what is changing and what it means.
Collaboration
Tamil Nadu 2026 Prediction Series
Conslytics partnered with Malai Murasu on a 12-episode research and forecasting series examining the electoral landscape of Tamil Nadu ahead of the 2026 Assembly election. The project covered all 234 Assembly constituencies and combined constituency-level political research with booth-level electoral analysis to build a detailed picture of local competition, voter behaviour and emerging trends.

The research framework brought together community and caste composition, constituency-specific issues, SIR electoral-roll data, historical election results and voter sentiment. At the booth level, past performance and local patterns were analysed to classify strong, weak and swing booths, helping identify where support was consolidated, where vulnerabilities remained and where electoral movement was most likely.

Each constituency was studied in its own local context — including dominant social groups, key public issues, previous voting patterns, party performance and changing political dynamics. These inputs were then combined with structured analysis and predictive modelling to develop a 2026 constituency-level forecast and assess the broader direction of the state’s electoral landscape.

The collaboration translated this research into an accessible television format, allowing complex constituency and booth-level data to be presented as clear, evidence-led analysis for a wider public audience.

A forecast tested by the result
In March 2025, Conslytics projected a 34.80% statewide vote share for TVK using scenario modelling, historical electoral data, demographic patterns and voter-behaviour analysis.

The actual result in May 2026 was 34.93% — a difference of just 0.13 percentage points.

The exercise demonstrated how structured data, probabilistic modelling and scenario analysis can help interpret uncertain political environments with greater precision.
