Gov-tech products built for the last mile

Our products help departments, local bodies, elected representatives and institutions hear citizens, see the ground and act on it. They are Tamil–English bilingual, built for citizens with low digital literacy, and priced so a single office can start with one module.
GOVERNANCE · PUBLIC POLICY

Where policy meets delivery.

Measured support across advocacy, coordination, citizen systems, and programme execution.
Grievance Intelligence
Constituency App
GIS Mapping

03 — Governance Delivery & Public Interface

Citizen response, treated as infrastructure.

Beyond citizen response, we build the systems, relationships, and operating support that help institutions engage government, navigate regulation, and execute with discipline.

01
UGIP – Unified Grievance Intelligence Platform
Citizens report problems to one WhatsApp number by voice, text or photo, in Tamil or English. AI transcribes, classifies and routes each complaint to the right department, and officials track it to closure on live dashboards, heatmaps and daily briefs.
02
Constituency App for Elected Representatives
A ground-level view of a constituency for the representative’s office: households, welfare-scheme reach, and what citizens are asking for. Works together with UGIP, so every WhatsApp complaint lands in the same system as welfare and outreach data.
03
GIS Service-Delivery Intelligence
Ward- and village-level maps built from our own field surveys and GIS coordinates, overlaying population, infrastructure, scheme coverage and grievances so departments, mayors and commissioners can see where services are missing.
04
Department & Community Apps
Programme-specific apps for departments and local bodies, from women’s self-help group sales to scheme delivery.
05
YourRank – yourrank.in
An AI assessment platform for practically any subject or skill. Upload a syllabus or training module and it generates bilingual assessments, with a score, grade and cohort rank for each learner. For colleges and for HRD skill training.
06
CPCI – Capability Index
A WhatsApp-based assessment of governance and public-life knowledge that issues a scored certificate and a detailed report.
07
Conslytics Pulse
A population-simulation engine, now being built, that models local communities from census and economic data to test how people may respond to a programme before it is rolled out.
08
SabhaOne
A single local-governance platform we are developing, with editions for elected representatives, local bodies, departments and districts: grievances, service applications, project monitoring, GIS and maps.

Municipal governance
Every complaint, tracked to closure
The challenge
Complaints reach a city office through every route except a system: a phone call, a petition handed over at a function, a message in a crowded inbox. Whether one is logged, routed or followed up depends on who remembered it. Residents who cannot type, or cannot write in English, drop out before they are recorded at all.

What we did
We put one number in front of the office. A resident sends a voice note, a line of text or a photograph, in their own language, with nothing to install. It is transcribed, classified to the department that owns it, assigned for resolution and tracked to closure, while the office sees what is open, where it is clustering and what is ageing.

The outcome
Every complaint now carries a ticket, an owner and a status. The office answers on record rather than on memory, and a recurring problem shows up as a cluster on a map instead of as a pile of petitions.

Public events & GIS
A public gathering planned street by street
The challenge
A large public event pulls people from hundreds of separate localities onto a single route. Planned by instinct, they converge on the same few points — some stretches dangerously crowded, others empty — and no one can say in advance which will be which.

What we did
We mapped every locality from its GPS coordinates and grouped them into gathering points along the route, so no one had to travel past the point nearest them. Each point was assigned to a coordination zone with a named person accountable for it.

The outcome
The crowd arrived spread along the route rather than massed at a few points. The map became the operating document for coordination on the day, and was clear enough to carry into live news coverage of the event.

Women’s self-help groups
Makers with buyers they could not reach
The challenge
Self-help groups make products of real quality and sell them within walking distance of where they are made. The buyer willing to pay a fair price is online. The maker is not, and has no listing, no photography, no pricing discipline and no route to dispatch.

What we did
We took the groups’ products online on their behalf — listing, photography, pricing and presentation — and sold through an established marketplace rather than asking them to build and maintain a storefront of their own.

The outcome
The groups reached buyers far beyond their own area, and the income went directly to the women who made the products rather than to a middleman.

Public research
An election read seat by seat, in public
The challenge
Public debate before an election runs on anecdote. A handful of seats are examined closely, the rest are guessed at, and the viewer is offered opinion where a consistent reading of the same evidence everywhere would serve better.

What we did
We analysed every assembly constituency in the state on one method — demographic structure, welfare delivery, the issues people actually raise, and statistical modelling of likely outcomes — and presented it as a twelve-episode research series on television.

The outcome
Every seat was covered on the same evidence and the same method. The analysis became a public, checkable record rather than private commentary.
