Universities teach the Constitution, comparative politics, and public administration in depth — but rarely the working knowledge of how an election is run, how a ward office functions, or how a policy actually gets delivered. And the people already stepping into political life candidates, ward members, party workers are often expected to learn all of this by trial and error, in public, with real consequences.
Conslytics Academy exists to close that gap from both directions: not just producing better-prepared graduates, but building better-prepared leaders. Same problem, two starting points.
